Our client-centric philosophy has driven us to provide unmatched customer service and state-of-the-art technology to our customers. To ensure our customers are pleased with the service and technology they received, we use a well-structured approach for the service we provide.

Our general process includes: First Contact, Request Analysis, Service Plan, Approval, Implementation, Performance Review and Service Option Adjustment:

  • First Contact - During this phase, one of our client managers will identify your specific needs.
  • Request Analysis - After we clearly understand your needs, we will proceed with the request analysis.
  • E-C will then provide a service plan and quotation, based on your request, for your approval. The service plan will include proposed service options, the way to provide these services, how to evaluate our performance, the background of "Your Employee", and time-table for related job or project, service agreement, non-disclosure agreement, etc.
  • Approval - The client may modify service options, the items and conditions in the agreement. After negotiation process, the client needs to confirm the assignment by sending E-C a purchase order and signed agreements.
  • Implementation - During the Implementation phase, the actual service will be implemented; E-C will report the progress to the customers in a pre-defined format and interval. If you order YouroverseaOffice@ service, your "own" employees will work closely with you, receive your instructions and report to you directly. Our client manager will help your "own" employees to use other related services if you have ordered them. E-C will also provide regular performance report of your "own" employees. If there are any other concerns, you may contact our client manager or higher management at any time.
  • Performance Review - During the Completion phase, the client manager and related officers will review our performance together with the client to ensure all needs have been met, and the client is satisfied with the outcome. If any aspects of the assignment need to do additional jobs, the client may inform us with written notice at this phase. Both parties, bringing the implementation of the service to a close, will sign the Certificate of Completion and Acceptance.
  • Service Option Adjustment - Based on the client's market development situation, the client may need to adjust some service options, or may have other specific requirements. Both parties (E-C and client) will discuss on the new assignment for further cooperation.
